Unexpected Revelatations

Deranged Drifters MC Book 9

Dean “Gunner” Owens let his relationship with Reagan Gentry fizzle out when their relationship stopped being as convenient as it once was.

He never stopped loving her, but he’s never been the boyfriend type. He’d even told her he wasn’t the husband type. Or the father type. He’s just not that guy.

Everything seems fine, if not a bit lonely, until Lily Hankinson breaks the news to the club: The ATF is investigating them and building a case to tear them all down. And Reagan has stopped taking her calls.

When Gunner meets up with Reagan, he realizes just how much things have changed. She’s hiding secrets, and the secrets are bigger than he’d ever expected. Secrets that could take down his entire club.

With the threat of the men being locked up for the rest of their lives, Psycho decides to marry Lacey to have at least a few weeks of her as his wife before he’s behind the concrete walls of prison. She doesn’t show much interest in planning a big, elaborate party, so he enlists the help of his best friend, Lex Nichols, to help plan a surprise wedding. A wedding Lex soon learns is more for him than it is for his bride-to-be.

The ATF comes in hot with a conservative judge with a grudge against the club, and there’s nothing the Deranged Drifters can do. The only real option they have is to find others to help keep the club whole when most end up behind bars, leaving behind their women and children.

The club gets quite a few surprises as one of the old ladies ends up in jail without bail on top of betrayal after betrayal by people working against them, but Gunner’s in for the surprise of his life when the entire situation turns on its head. Surprises that will force him to make one of the toughest decisions of his life.
